This looks like paradise you have the right idea. This is what people want for a get away.
Please let me know how I can help you on the housing end of your project, I will be able to fulfill any type of housing that you may need from the park models to a full blown cabin to 2 story homes just about anything you can imagine I can provide.

I still have not got any answers on park models self contained but if you think you will be able to do and order for lets say 30 or so maybe i can get them to produce a product that will work.
